Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all FOX tags still attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and secure it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
